Victoria Beckham has admitted “life is too short” for calorie counting and is no longer concerned about what people think of her looks.
The wife of footballer David Beckham, Spice Girl and fashion mogul recently turned 50 with an extravagant bash laden with UK and Hollywood A-listers.
She is still known for her enviable looks and toned figure and has flaunted her confidence with a photoshoot and interview in the latest issue of Grazia.
Victoria is wearing a lace bra under an open black blazer to proudly show off her chiselled physique on the front of the mag.
Although she’s still maintaining a healthy glow, the model is less concerned about occasional indulgences now she’s getting older.

“I never want to look like I’m complaining, but there were times in the past that I haven’t felt confident enough to sit on a beach and watch my children play,” she admitted.
However, these days negative comments “don’t bother her now”, and she’s “more accepting” about the way she looks.
“This is how I look,” she added. “I’m going to make the best of it, work hard at it.
“I’m very disciplined with the way that I eat, the way that I work out and the way I work. That’s just who I am.”

Victoria still keeps her fans updated on her regular workouts on Instagram, with her husband David, 49, also staying in impeccable shape into middle age.
Though she adds: “But I do like to have a drink and I’m not going to be one these, ‘Ah, there are too many calories in a glass of wine’ types.
“Whatever. Life’s too short. Let’s have a nice time.”
Victoria was previously believed to follow a strict 700-900-calorie-a-day diet, and insiders told Closer she maintained a “three-bite rule” to stay slim.
Her husband David has also revealed she has eaten the same dish of grilled fish and steamed vegetables for the past 25 years.
“I get quite emotional about food and wine, when I'm eating something great I want everyone to try it,” he said on the River Cafe Table 4 podcast.
“Unfortunately I'm married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years.
“Since I met her she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables, she will very rarely deviate from that.”
