Katherine Ryan opens up about husband in quip as she makes rare marriage admission
Katherine Ryan said despite her husband being "so fit" the comedian joked she was unsure if they would go the full distance and last 50 years.

She already had a child, Violet, who is 14, with her ex. But after re-connecting with the man she fell in love with as a teen the pair went on to have two kids.
Back in December 2022, she gave birth to Fenna-Grace, which was shortly after having their son Fred, three. In an interview with The Sun she said: “We’ve only been married five years, but 50 years? I don't know”.
The comedian teased that she just trying to get to the milestone of being married for at least two decades. “Everyone's happy after the first five whereas I'm more about, 'Can we make it to 20 years and 40 years and 50 years?'," she continued.
She further quipped: “It's easy to love him, look how fit he is”. In the candid chat, she confessed that the couple do not share a bed at the moment due to their parenting techniques.
Katherine is currently sleeping with their youngest daughter – which has caused their relationship to “take a backseat”.
While appearing on ITV’s morning show Lorraine she spoke about her new parenting programme Parental Guidance. She said: “I potty-trained [my children] really really young which was controversial. I carry them everywhere. Maybe my marriage takes a back seat because of the co-sleeping”.
During one episode of the series, Bobby admitted: “I do kind of miss sleeping with my sexy wife. It's probably not been great for intimacy.”

While she was filming her mother came over from Canada which reportedly put pressure on them both.
The star appeared on The Jonathan Ross Show and said: “For my mum to come she has to live in and stay and I think that was stressful for my husband. It’s a window into the future of who I am turning into.”
Violet is said to have strong career ambitions away from showbiz, despite being a part of the five-part programme.
Katherine went on to say: “She doesn’t want a career on television because she’s grown up going to Jonathan Ross’ Halloween parties and knowing what showbiz is all about.”
