Ben Foden's wife Jackie announces baby news after three heartbreaking miscarriages
Rugby player Ben Foden and his wife Jackie have announced they will soon welcome a new arrival after three devastating miscarriages.
Ben Foden and his US-born wife Jackie are expecting their second child together.
The couple welcomed daughter Farrah three years ago and have told how they're over the moon to be expecting again.
Jackie, who married former rugby ace Ben, 38, in 2019 after just two weeks of dating, said: "We’re so excited about a second baby."
They almost "gave up hope after the pair suffered three devastating miscarriages.
In a new interview with OK! Magazine, Jackie said: "I kept getting excited about the pregnancies, but nothing stuck.
"After the third, we kept thinking, ‘We’ll see if it happens – if it does, it does and if it doesn’t, it doesn’t.
"It’s hard not to get your hopes up when you really want another baby."
She went onto share that the growing family are "so excited about the second baby" and Jackie revealed she is in her third trimester.
In a stunning photoshoot at her parent's home in Connecticut, the couple made their "grand announcement" as their backdrop, although they reside in an apartment in New York.

Ben has branded his wife Jackie a "superwoman" during what has been a challenging 12 months.
Jackie had to go on supplements for her progesterone levels and is having her bloods monitored regularly because she has "marginal cord insertion, which means the umbilical cord implanted in the wrong area, and makes the pregnancy higher risk".
Her pregnancy has not been plain sailing adding the first trimester was "really hard" and she was exhausted.
Ben also shares daughter Aoife Belle, 11 and eight-year-old Tadgh with ex-wife Una Healy.
The former couple were married for six years but separated in 2018.
Ben, Jackie and Una have worked hard to create a solid blended family together, and the couple show nothing but support for his ex-wife.
In March this year Ben announced his retirement from professional rugby after 18 years.
