Although the television personality didn’t divulge too many details about the identity of her ex, the photo she shared of the two of them this afternoon did offer a slight glimpse at his face.
Ulrika shares a son, Cameron, 27, with cameraman John Turnbull, her daughter, Bo, 21, with German hotel manager Markus Kempen, and a daughter named Martha, 17, with TV show contestant Lance Gerrard-Wright.
The star welcomed her youngest son, Malcolm, 13, in 2008 with Brian Monet.
Ulrika’s reunion with her ex comes after she posted a cryptic message on Instagram alongside two selfies from the back seat of a car.
The Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins star looked stylish in the close-up shots, as she paired smokey eye make-up with a black leather jacket.
Alongside the glamorous selfies, Ulrika wrote about lessons she has learned so far in life.
She wrote yesterday: “Dawning on me that the more I learn, the less I know.
“Minds can be messy places. Hearts confusing.

“When you know how simple things can be and yet others insist on complicating them.”
The TV star went on: “It’s important to hold on to what you have learnt.
“To remember your worth.
“To not be nudged off course.
“To quietly whisper those affirmations until they become loud enough to drown out the bulls***.
“Long in the tooth and still learning.
“Dream of a day when I no longer have to learn any lessons because, quite frankly, I am quite the scholar.”
Ulrika recently opened up about her love life and experiences on dating apps with younger men.
After failing to specify an age range on the app, Ulrika revealed in her column for The Sun that she had found herself the object of an 18-year-old man's affections, who told her he "loved" the idea of their differing ages.
However, for Ulrika, it was a step too far.
"I dismissed him because I felt that my oldest son being 27 should somehow shape my lower age limit," she confessed.
