Strictly: Dan Walker is surprised by family during practice
The BBC presenter, 44, looked in high spirits as he headed out for dinner on Monday evening with Strictly Come Dancing professional Nadiya Bychova, 32, in Manchester. Dan Walker has today commented on the pictures of the night, after many could not believe how young he looked.
So many people think I look about 15 in this photo.
Dan went for a very casual look away from rehearsals, wearing a navy blue hoodie and fitted trousers, along with white trainers.
Nadiya meanwhile looked effortless as she wore a checked mini dress with a black coat over the top.
Her locks were swept back in a ponytail with her fringe falling effortlessly around her face.
Posting the picture to his Instagram, he left a funny caption to his 234,000 followers.

They danced the Viennese Waltz and impressed the judges with their dance to Billy Joel's She's Always A Woman.
Dan dedicated the emotive dance to his wife Sarah, who was sitting in the audience of the live show on Saturday.
He admitted the song is one of the couple's favourites and reminds him of when the pair met at university.
Dan told host Claudia Winkleman: "I'm going to gush over her for a moment.
"She is one of those people that the more you know her the more you love her.
"And I've loved her for over half of my life."
The camera then darted to Sarah, with Dan adding: "There she is, she's such a special person and I love her to bits.
"I hope she enjoyed that because we really enjoyed that."
