Beyonce steals the show at The Lion King premiere with daughter Blue Ivy
BEYONCE put on a show-stopping display at the world premiere of The Lion King last night, arriving at the Hollywood event with her daughter Blue Ivy in matching sparkly outfits.
Beyonce, 37, turned heads at the premiere of her new film The Lion King in Hollywood last night.
As expected, the world-famous singer and actress arrived at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles for the highly-anticipated Disney event in style with her seven-year-old daughter Blue Ivy.
The mother and daughter duo wore co-ordinating sparkly outfits for the occasion, with Beyonce opting for a plunging blazer jacket adorned with glitzy jewels while the youngster sported a more paired-back black suit jacket with sparkly details at the shoulder.
Their show-stopping ensembles were teamed with black skirts in a chiffon material which were embellished with diamantes.
Adding even more glamour to her show-stopping outfit, Beyonce chose a statement diamond necklace which nestled in her cleavage and adorned her ears with lots of silver hooped earrings.
She wore her hair in tight braids and held hands with her eldest daughter as she made her way into the star-studded event to view the film.
The superstar’s two-year-old twins Sir and Rumi, whom she shares with her husband of 11 years Jay-Z, 49, were not at the event, although her mother Tina Knowles, 65, was often seen near by to keep an eye on her granddaughter.
Beyonce provides the voice for Simba’s friend Nala in the remake of the 1994 Disney classic.
She stars alongside Donald Glover, 35, who takes on the role of Simba, Seth Rogen, 37, as Pumbaa, and British actor Chiwetel Ejiofor, 42 who plays Scar.
