Man tries to take a selfie with a shark and it does NOT end well

Sharks are deadly and predatory creatures.

So trying to take a photo with one is probably not the wisest move.

But this man, who was viewing sharks from an underwater cage, felt he was at a safe distance to grab a shark selfie.

He pulls the camera up to him, with the huge shark in the background.

But soon, the shark starts to approach him.

Getting closer and closer to the cage, his huge jaw is just inches away.

He then appears to try and break through the cage.

As this point, the camera spins as the diver moves quickly away from danger.

Turning back to the camera, her appears panicked.

The video has gone viral since being posted online.

One user joked: “sharks don't like selfies."

Another commented: “You seem more interested in filming yourself than the shark.”

One user seemed eager to try the dangerous underwater activity.

He wrote: “That looks so awesome. I cannot wait to do this one day.”
