When it comes to our health it should always remain a top priority. Whether it is the food we eat or how much exercise we do for some countries it is easier for others in terms of their culture and lifestyle.

However, new research has analysed global data to find the fittest countries and which places have the longest life expectancy.

This is according to trekking experts at MagicalNepal.com. The team looked at factors that contribute to a person’s overall fitness and ability to take on challenges that push the body to its limits. These range from life expectancy and alcohol consumption to death, and smoking rates.

A spokesperson from MagicalNepal.com said: “Fitness and health are two of the most important factors that contribute to quality of life. The ability to live long and fulfilling lives is unquantifiable and can be achieved with just a few lifestyle changes.

“Whether it's a 5k run, a marathon or walking your local park to hiking some of the world’s tallest peaks. Health and fitness allow you to build mental and physical resilience.”
