Holidays: All the ‘safe’ countries you can travel to on holiday right now - full FCO list
HOLIDAYS can no longer be booked based on wherever you fancy going. You may be after sun and sangria but Spain is off the menu. Fancy a pain au chocolat and lavender fields? Alas, it's a ‘non' to France. Luckily there are still plenty of countries you can jet off to.
Air bridges: Countries exempt from quarantine in UK listed
Holidays have to be chosen carefully amid the coronavirus pandemic. It’s vital you check the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) travel advice before heading abroad. As many holidaymakers have found to their dismay in recent weeks, countries can be whisked off the government’s ‘safe’ list with very little warning.
Croatia, Austria and Trinidad and Tobago were the latest victims of this over the weekend.
Any Britons travelling to these (along with Spain, France and a number of other nations) now have to quarantine for 14 days on their return.
Fortunately, there are still numerous countries where you can enjoy a holiday without fear of a fortnight of house arrest when you get back.
The government have published a full list of countries with which the UK has travel corridors along with the latest travel advice.

However, they warn: “Countries and territories can be taken off or added to this travel corridor list at any time.”
The FCO adds: “We will keep the conditions in these countries and territories under review.
“If they worsen we will reintroduce self-isolation requirements.”
This is the full list of ‘safe’ countries right now.
