NOVAK DJOKOVIC's shoulder injury is a worry ahead of his Wimbledon quarter-final against Tomas Berdych tomorrow, according to commentator.

After seeing his fourth round game moved to today following Rafael Nadal's epic defeat to Gilles Muller last night, Djokovic beat Adrian Mannarino in straight sets on Centre Court.
Djokovic eased into a two set lead and was a couple of games away from victory before he started to show complaint about his shoulder.
The Serb called for a medical timeout and he was worked over by the medic for a few minutes,
He managed to carry on and win 6-2, 7-6, 6-4 but Inverdale says it is a worrying injury for a tennis player.

"There is a lot of work to be done clearly for Novak between now and that quarter-final against Berdych tomorrow," he said on the BBC.
"A lot of work on that right shoulder. It is fundamental in a tennis player's armoury."
Djokovic admitted he had the problem prior to today's game and is pleased that he can still play with it at the moment.

"We'll see (if it will be an issue for the rest of the tournament)," Djokovic said.
"It's been something I have been dragging back and forth for a while now.
"I'm still managing to play which is the most important thing."
