Nick Kyrgios shows another side of his personality with heartwarming message
NICK KYRGIOS continued his generosity at the Cincinnati Masters this week as he made a little girl’s face light up by handing her a signed tennis ball.
Kyrgios then tweeted out the heartwarming message “This makes me happy” when he was tagged in a video of the incident.
The Australian had put on another exhilarating show to beat Italian Lorenzo Sonego 7-5, 6-4 in the first round of the Cincinnati Masters.
He then signed numerous items for the awaiting crowd as he made his way off the court.
A younger fan seemed completely overjoyed at meeting her hero and receiving a welcome gift.
The Cincinnati Masters tweeted out the video of the young girl with the caption “Better than Disney World”.
Kyrgios has built a controversial reputation in the tennis world and some of his antics on the court, including throwing a chair and insulting the officials, often brings heavy punishments.
But off the court there is no doubt Kyrgios is one of the kindest.
The 24-year-old always gives his time generously, especially with younger fans.

Earlier this week he spent an age playing table tennis with junior supporters.
Kyrgios explained that it is one parts of the job that he loves the most.
“I have always been pretty nice to, I feel, generally to people and to kids,” Kyrgios said.
“I have been doing kids clinics for Tennis Australia when I was young.
“I was just brought up like that, to be honest. I don't care if you're a CEO of a company or a janitor.
“I'm going to speak to you the same way. I love doing [clinics]. I think that's what it's about.
“It's about giving kids belief that they can be in this position one day.”
