Bath boss Mike Ford expects Sam Burgess to be back in Rugby Union
BATH coach Mike Ford expects Sam Burgess back in training tomorrow despite strong rumours of a return to rugby league with South Sydney.
Sam Burgess has been tipped for a move back to Rugby League
Burgess, who is exactly 12 months into a three-year contract, has been on holiday in Spain to get over his World Cup woes with England.
"Every player will get time off. In Sam's case it happened earlier than planned," said Ford after the 38-28 home defeat by Harlequins. Kiwi fly-half Nick Evans gave a perfect 28-point kicking display for Quins, converting tries by Danny Care and Dave Ward.

Bath led 13-12 at half-time thanks to Kyle Eastmond's try but paid for their indiscipline, despite tries by Nick Auterac and Semesa Rokoduguni.
Gloucester held off Worcester to win a Kingsholm thriller 24-22. Billy Burns galvanised Gloucester and set up David Halaifonua's winning try.
Richard Hibbard and Sione Kalamafoni added tries for the Cherry and Whites, while Cooper Vuna scored two for Worcester.
