Bowen passed away this week at the age of 80.
He was the face of the darts TV show in the 1980s.
And Wright paid tribute to the presenter at the Premier League Darts in Nottingham tonight by painting the figure of ‘Bully’ on his head.
One Twitter user wrote: “Nice touch from Peter Wright at the Darts tonight with the Bullseye theme in memory of Jim Bowen.”
Wright is famous for his extravagant hairstyle, which usually takes the form of a dyed mohican.

He has a painting of a snake on one side of his head in reference to his nickname ‘Snake Bite’.
And tonight on the right side of his head was clearly seen the image of ‘Bully’ as Wright made his way to the oche.
Unfortunately for the Scot, the tribute did not bring him much luck on the night as Wright lost 7-1 to Michael Smith.
