Henry Cecil lands a real Beauty
HENRY CECIL has been sent top French filly Beauty Parlour by Ecurie Wildenstein.
Winner of both her starts at Saint-Cloud last autumn, Beauty Parlour won the French 1,000 Guineas in May and then finished second when odds-on for the French Oaks at Chantilly last month.
Cecil has trained several Group One winners for the Wildensteins over the years, most notably All Along, Buckskin, Hello Gorgeous and Simply Great.
Ecurie Wildenstein has also sent Luca Cumani 12 unraced juveniles but do not expect them to win this year. Cumani has only had two two-year-old winners since 2010.
The Wildenstein stable will keep its other 71 horses in France where they will remain with their respective trainers.
