TIGER WOODS will return for Saturday’s fourballs session of the Ryder Cup after being selected for the USA.

Woods endured a tough first round of the Ryder Cup on Friday, losing alongside Patrick Reed to Francesco Molinari and Tommy Fleetwood.
He was left out of the foursomes in the afternoon, sparking fears he could be injured.
Woods insisted he was fully fit and ready to go for his team.
And USA captain Jim Furyk has stuck with the Woods/Reed partnership for Saturday morning.

They will again face off with Molinari and Fleetwood on the middle day of the Ryder Cup.
Match 3 of Saturday morning is the only one not to change from Friday’s action.
Match 1 sees Sergio Garcia team up with Rory McIlroy to face Tony Finau and Brooks Koepka.
Paul Casey and Terrell Hatton then clash with Dustin Johnson and Rickie Fowler in Match 2.
And the last match of the Saturday morning fourballs will see Europe’s Ian Poulter and Jon Rahm challenge Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth.
As for Tiger Woods, he said being rested on Friday afternoon that he was ready and waiting for the call from Furyk.
“I’ll be ready come tomorrow whenever captain puts me out,” Woods said. “I’m not going to work on anything. My game is fine.
"I was hammering it, the ball was going far, it was going straight, but it was not cutting.

“I can accept that, that’s really no big deal. My putting feels solid. I’ll be ready come tomorrow whenever the captain puts me out.
“We couldn’t answer them. Once they started rattling off birdies, they were playing perfect best-ball.
“It’s disappointing and frustrating for Pat and I to not contribute to the team.
“When you lose a point, you feel like you’ve contributed but you’re contributing to the wrong team.”
