MOHAMED SALAH says he has no concerns about his shoulder ahead of the new season.

In May’s Champions League final defeat to Real Madrid, Salah fell awkwardly on his arm in a challenge with Sergio Ramos.
The 26-year-old attempted to continue but was forced off with scans later showing he had dislocated his shoulder.
Prior to the World Cup, Salah was a major fitness doubt and he eventually played in two of Egypt’s three group games, scoring once.
After a break, Salah, who scored 44 goals last season, has returned to action for Liverpool and came off the bench to score against Manchester City on Wednesday.
I feel good and my shoulder is much better
Liverpool take on rivals Manchester United this evening at the 107,000-capacity Michigan Stadium and Salah insists he is relishing the opportunity to surpass last season's achievements.
Salah told Liverpoolfc.com: “I am very happy to be back. I feel good and my shoulder is much better. I’m very happy to be back in the squad.
“Last year I had a great season – everyone, not just me.
“When people talk about myself, yes there is some pressure because it was a record [goals scored in the Premier League] and we also have to improve [again] in the Champions League and finish in a better position in the Premier League.
“But it’s not something I worry about, I just keep doing what I am doing.
“I am happy about what I am doing, so I just keep doing the same.”
