Everton live stream down: Latest as fans joke around trying to watch Blackburn friendly
EVERTON’s clash with Blackburn tonight is ongoing despite the Toffees’ live stream going down for a good hour.
Everton are playing Blackburn in a pre-season friendly at Ewood Park.
Manager Marco Silva is seeking to understand his squad better ahead of the new season.
And fans who were not at the game were dealt a blow when the live stream went down.
Everton tweeted: “A power outage at one of our streaming suppliers is effecting tonight's live stream.
“It's being worked on and we hope to have it back very soon. Apologies for the inconvenience.”
Rovers had been 1-0 up at the time thanks to Darragh Lenihan’s 10th-minute header.

And Toffees fans were quick to make light of the fact the stream had gone down.
“Fix the team before fixing the stream” one fan wrote.
Another said: “WE’VE GOT A POWER OUTAGE AT THE BACK ALSO”
A third put: “There's a power outage in Ashley Williams's brain ffs”
And a fourth said: “Three things definite in life. Death. Taxes and Everton pre season streams being utter s***e.”

However, other fans were unhappy about the outage of the paid service.
Season ticket holders and members can access the game for free, but others have to pay £3.99 for a ‘match pass’.
One unhappy fan said on Twitter: “Not good enough, sorry. I have paid money for a service. I expect that service.”
Another wrote: “Embarrassing. Not good enough.”
And a third put: “I'll have me money back then lads”
Everton went into half time 2-0 down and without a stream update for their fans.

Sorry lads we you mean well but you're fast becoming the Karius of Pre-Season broadcasting. Just ridiculous.

Only 66 minutes into the game did the stream return, by which point Everton were 3-0 down.
“Stream is back, refresh or close and reload your page if it's not coming through, once again, apologies for the frustration,” wrote the Everton Fan Services Twitter account.
