The former striker spent eight years at the club under the Frenchman's stewardship, winning two Premier League titles and reaching a Champions League final.
But in recent years, Arsenal's dominance has faded, and the club's fans have turned on Wenger.
A selection of the Emirates faithful are excited to see the back of their long-time boss.
And it appears Henry has some major regrets about Wenger's treatment over the years.
"I went to see him doing an interview and I asked him how he was," he told Arsenal's official website.

The fans do not care about the well-being of the coach
"He went 'I'm OK, we lost the other day' and I said 'no, I'm not talking about the game'.
"I said 'how are you?'. I felt bad because as a player I never went to his office to ask him how he was because I didn't care.
"Nobody does care.
"The fans do not care about the well-being of the coach.
"You don't, you go there, 'why didn't I play? Why am I playing on the left?'

"The fans 'why is he playing there?' The press 'why this, why that?’.
"Everything points at the boss. For that, you deserve a trophy."
Henry departed Arsenal in controversial circumstances in 2007, opting to leave for Barcelona in order to win more silverware.
And the 40-year-old was blasted for not appearing at Wenger's farewell Arsenal game at the Emirates last week due to his commitments with Sky Sports.
The Gunners take on Huddersfield in the Frenchman's final game today (3pm.)
