LIVERPOOL legend Steven Gerrard has praised the Reds’ contrasting performance in either half of tonight’s victory over Manchester City.

Gerrard says the Liverpool players will be delighted with the outcome despite knowing there is a second leg to come at the Etihad next Tuesday.
