Chelsea news: Antonio Conte reveals major David Luiz injury blow
CHELSEA boss Antonio Conte has confirmed David Luiz is out for at least three weeks with an ongoing knee problem.

Luiz has not featured for Chelsea since their 4-1 defeat at Watford on February 5 but it was hoped he could return after the international break.
But ahead of the clash which could have major implications on the race for Champions League qualification, Conte revealed the centre-back has suffered a setback.
When asked if Luiz would be fit enough to return for this weekend’s clash with Tottenham, Conte said: “No. Luiz is out for at least three weeks.
“He is recovering from a problem with his knee.”

Andres Christensen is a doubtful for the match and Conte said Gary Cahill is in contention to replace him.
He said: “The other option is Cahill. I trust him. We will try to get Christensen back.
“Ampadu has an injury and is not available for this season.”
