Panini World Cup 2018 sticker prices have got fans raging – '#GotGotGreed', 'Scandalous!'
PANINI have enraged football fans around the globe after hiking the price of their World Cup 2018 stickers.
Fans are furious with the price of the new Panini World Cup 2018 sticker books
Panini first launched their World Cup album back in 1970, and fans have been able to enjoy collecting stickers of their favourite players at every major tournament since.
However, a number of supporters may find themselves priced out of the hobby after the Italian company announced a pack of five cards will cost a whopping 80p.
Having originally cost no more than a couple of pence, the price was still just 50p for a packet at Euro 2016 – but fans are fuming about a 60 per cent rise from two years ago.
Many have taken to Twitter to vent their frustration, with a number suggesting they will not be collecting the stickers this year due to the price increase.
