The Paris Saint-Germain star has been ruled out of tonight’s Champions League clash with Real Madrid (7.45pm) because of a foot injury.
However, Ramos thinks that former team-mate Angel Di Maria will step into the Brazilian’s shoes and cause his side problems.
Real hold a 3-1 first-leg advantage going into their last-16 clash at the Parc des Princes.
And the Los Blancos skipper has warned his side to be wary of the dangers that PSG still possess - even without Neymar.
"Neymar is a different player and he is always dangerous," Ramos said.

Ramos also called on Real to be fully concentrated and to forget about their La Liga woes.
"Our approach and our concentration are priorities, we must have 20 senses," Ramos added.

"We're not here to gift anything away, so we can't have a lack of attitude."
