LEEDS UNITED fancy a deadline day move for Forest Green Rovers wonderkid Jordan Stevens.
Leeds United are set to sign Forest Green Rovers midfielder Jordan Stevens
Leeds chiefs are working on a £250,000 deal for the 17-year-old midfielder.
Stevens made his debut for the League Two outfit earlier this season and has made 15 appearances in all competitions.
It was reported earlier this month that Premier League sides Brighton and Everton are also monitoring Stevens.
He is under contract with Forest Green until June 2019.
After signing his maiden professional deal last September, Stevens said: “I’m very grateful for the opportunity.

“I’m not going to get too ahead of myself and stay on track to do my job for the team and push on for the first team.”
Leeds have been busy strengthening their development ranks since Andrea Radrizzani completed his takeover last summer.

A £2.5million deal has been agreed with West Brom for 19-year-old striker Tyler Roberts.
He is due to complete a medical and put pen to paper on a long-term contract before tonight’s 11pm deadline.
There will be one departure with goalkeeper Andy Lonergan heading to Sunderland.
