Hazard was substituted in just the 58th minute of the clash against Leicester at Stamford Bridge.
In fact the Belgian has been taken off in his last four matches for Chelsea.
Manager Antonio Conte was questioned yesterday at his press conference as to why he kept substituting the Belgian.

The Italian pointed to the fact Hazard only came back from a broken leg earlier this season.
Zola says the Chelsea team looked tired against the Foxes, especially Hazard.
“I saw the game the other day with Leicester,” Zola told the BBC.
“To be fair Leicester were really good and should have got more than that.

“I saw them tired a little bit which doesn’t surprise me because the schedule has been quite tight.
“Some of the players for example Eden Hazard was very low in stamina.
“You could see that he was trying to do things but it was one of those moments where nothing was coming alive for him.
“It means that obviously he was low in physicality.”
