Manchester United are the frontrunners to sign him, and Sunday Express Sport understands the club have given the Chilean a deadline to let them know whether or not he wants to join.

Sanchez is believed to have his heart set on a move to City where he could reunite with Pep Guardiola, who he previously worked with at Barcelona.
But now according to the Sunday Mirror, Liverpool have set their sights on a deal.

The report suggests Klopp is in ongoing discussions with the club’s owners FSG to see if there is a way they can bid for Sanchez.

Sanchez, meanwhile, who was dropped for the Carabao Cup clash against Chelsea, could start for Arsenal against Bournemouth today (1.30pm).
