Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp reveals fresh Daniel Sturridge injury setback
LIVERPOOL boss Jurgen Klopp says Daniel Sturridge is set for a spell on the sidelines again after suffering a muscle problem.

Sturridge has not played for Liverpool since coming on as a substitute in the 7-0 win over Spartak Moscow on December 6.
Illness and then a tight hamstring had kept Sturridge out of the team hampering his hopes of fighting his way back into the starting XI.
But Sturridge’s woes have now got even worse with Klopp confirming he faces being without the England international during the remainder of the festive season.
When giving a squad fitness update following last night’s 5-0 win over Swansea, Klopp revealed the latest setback for the striker.

“I’m not 100 per cent sure. Pretty much [everyone] so far came through the game,” Klopp told Liverpoolfc.com.
“Daniel Sturridge was ill and now [has] a little muscle thing.
"It’s not a big deal, to be honest, but in this period all these things keep you away from games.
“That’s not too cool for us, of course, but since yesterday not a lot [else happened].”
Liverpool host Leicester on Saturday before traveling to Burnley on New Year’s Day.
They then face Merseyside neighbours Everton in the third round of the FA Cup.
