Leeds close in on £5.2m deal for Mexico international Andres Guardado - report
LEEDS UNITED are set to launch a bid for Real Betis midfielder Andres Guardado.

The 31-year-old is a wanted man after providing six assists in 13 La Liga appearances.
He only joined Real Betis in July but they could cash in when transfer window reopens.
According to Gol Digital, Leeds are willing to offer £5.2million (€6m), which would tempt the Spanish club's bosses.
Guardado would bring plenty of experience to Elland Road.
He has won 142 caps for Mexico, the fifth highest for El Tri, and also boasts Valencia, Bayer Leverkusen and PSV Eindhoven among his former clubs.

“We are working with Victor [Orta, director of football] and Andrea [Radrizzani, owner] to see where we can improve,” he said.
“We are looking at all the areas, of course we have to reply on the pitch.
“We have time still, I expect that we will turn the situation for better and then we will see if it is necessary to bring anybody.”
