Alioski was joined on the scoresheet by Samuel Saiz as Leeds claimed bragging rights in the Yorkshire derby at Oakwell.
After the final whistle, the Macedonian winger snapped a selfie in the dressing room with Saiz, Pablo Hernandez and Caleb Ekuban.
He uploaded the picture to Twitter and said: “Meet the winners - proud of our team effort today!”
Leeds were dominant from the first whistle and deservedly took the lead in the 23rd minute.
Alioski found Saiz free in the middle of the pitch before the Spaniard ran towards goal and beat Barnsley keeper Adam Davies from 20 yards.

Meet the winners - proud of our team effort today!
Summer recruit Alioski doubled the lead on the brink of half-time with a wonderful curling effort that left Davies helpless.
Leeds are up to eighth in the Championship table, three points off sixth-placed Derby.
Whites head coach Thomas Christiansen hailed Alioski and Saiz for their goalscoring performances.
"They are very good players, important players for the team but as well as all the rest who played today,” he said.
"It's a team sport and everyone showed that they are very good players and we need some who put the different talents like Sam or Ali and other players who has to work hard, who has to defend the goal which the defensive line did very well today."
