Leeds news: Mateusz Klich has fans worried after posting cryptic tweet
LEEDS UNITED midfielder Mateusz Klich has hinted that he has been left out of Thomas Christiansen’s squad for tomorrow’s trip to Barnsley (12.30pm).
Mateusz Klich has not started for Leeds in the Championship since September
Poland international Klich, snapped up from FC Twente in the summer transfer window, has made just one start in the Championship this season.
The 27-year-old took to Twitter after the final training session ahead of the Oakwell clash to post the Ryan Reynolds facepalm gif.
Despite being left out of the match-day squad for the last three games, Klich would appear to be an option due to Ronaldo Vieira being suspended for the red card he received in the defeat at Wolves on Wednesday.
However, many fans assumed that Klich’s tweet means he is set to miss out again.
One supporter said: “If that's you not in the team and [Eunan] O’Kane instead then my head will explode, don't give up, this situation can't continue for much longer without change, you must be beyond frustrated.”

Another added: “Sorry pal, you look really good, can’t see why we bought you if you’re not playing.”
While a third said: “Keep training hard and he'll pick you, hopefully.”
A fan of his former club said: “Come back to Twente.”
O’Kane is likely to replace Vieira in midfield against Barnsley alongside Kalvin Phillips but Christiansen is likely to shed some light on the situation in his pre-match press conference.
Klich’s sole league start for Leeds came in the 3-1 defeat at Cardiff in September, which sparked their dramatic slump in form.
The Whites have lost seven of their last nine Championship games to sink from the top of the table to 10th.
UPDATE - Klich has been left out of Leeds' squad.
