Brazilian defender Luiz was expected to start in the must-win game at Stamford Bridge.
But the player will not take part in the clash and has not even made the bench.
Luiz was filmed entering Stamford Bridge on his own, having not travelled with the players on Chelsea’s official team bus.
Instead, he will watch the game from the stands.
Sky Sports claim Luiz is not injured.
Instead, he appears to have been ostracised by Conte after the 3-0 Champions League defeat to Roma on Tuesday night.

Andreas Christensen comes in for Luiz at centre-back, with Chelsea likely to play three defenders in the middle.
Conte’s men need a win to rekindle their Premier League title chase.
The Blues have struggled to balance their title defence with European football this season.
Luiz had given a newspaper interview earlier in the week, predicting a tough clash for Chelsea against the Red Devils.
"Every week is a big week for Chelsea, when you play for big clubs you need to win all your games,” he said.
"And you need to learn when you lose. You must improve to do better.
"We have a big game against a big team. It'll be a tough game, we need to be ready.”
