Spurs and the Hammers are battling it out for a place in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals.
The match kicks off at 8pm.
Spurs’ Fernando Llorente comes in for Harry Kane, who has the night off.
Dele Alli gets a game, while Christian Eriksen is on the bench.
Michel Vorm gets the nod in goal, with Hugo Lloris not in the squad.
Mauricio Pochettino also names Argentine Juan Foyth in the heart of his defence, while Danny Rose gets a run out at left-back.

As for West Ham, captain Mark Noble is back in the side.
