Chelsea are said to have agreed a £60million fee with Juventus for Sandro this summer, with Blues manager Antonio Conte keen to sign a new left-back.
But according to The Sun, Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain have made a last minute bid to try and hijack the Brazil international.
PSG are reportedly not put off by Chelsea’s agreement with Juve and are determined to bring Sandro to the French capital.
The report adds that Conte has now contacted Porto about the availability of Telles, should they miss out on Sandro’s services.

Chelsea make £22m bid for Porto left-back Alex Telles
Chelsea are said to have tabled a £22m bid for the uncapped Brazilian, who is open to a move to the Premier League.
Former Chelsea midfielder Craig Burley believes Conte’s search for a new left-back means the Italian is not convinced by Marcos Alonso, who only joined last summer.
The Spaniard enjoyed a stunning debut campaign at Stamford Bridge last term, playing a crucial part in Chelsea’s road to the Premier League title.
"I'll tell you what, I'd never pay that for a full-back, but I understand," Burley said on ESPN FC.
Paris Saint-Germain keen to hijack Chelsea's move for Alex Sandro
"If he is to be signed, it's telling you that Conte was happy with Alonso, but not totally convinced with Alonso.
"Don't forget Moses played wing-back on the other side, so they will be looking in that position as well, unless Azpilicueta is going to play there.
"Alex Sandro is a very good player, he had a great season at Juventus, he didn't have a great Champions League Final.
"It's just up to the manager. Is he a better player than Alonso?
"I think he is probably a better player but I'd feel sorry for a player who had such a good season last year like Alonso did, just to be given the old Spanish archer, out you go."
