Liverpool agree deal to sell Andre Wisdom to Derby for £4.5m
LIVERPOOL have agreed a £4.5m deal to sell Andre Wisdom to Derby.
Andre Wisdom will leave Liverpool to join Derby
Wisdom, 24, spent time on loan at Derby in 2013-14 before returning to Anfield.
He subsequently joined West Brom, Norwich and Red Bull Salzburg before his permanent exit was announced by the Reds today.
A club statement read: “Liverpool Football Club can confirm they have reached an agreement with Derby County for the permanent transfer of Andre Wisdom.
“The deal that will see the defender move to Pride Park Stadium is subject to a medical and the completion of paperwork.”
Wisdom played 22 appearances for Liverpool and scored one goal during his time with the club.

That came on his senior debut – a Europa League group game against Young Boys in September 2012.
Derby boss Gary Rowett has already recruited defender Curtis Davies and has openly admitted he wants to strengthen his backline.
Opportunities at Liverpool were few and far between for the academy graduate.
But he did enough while out on loan to impress Birmingham and Celtic, who were beaten to his signing by Derby.
Wisdom can play either at centre-back or full-back.
