Karim Benzema has reportedly asked to leave Real Madrid this summer unless his position at the club is reviewed.
The France international is said to want first-team assurances and a pay-rise after falling out of favour at the Bernabeu this season.
However, Spanish outlet Don Balon claim manager Zinedine Zidane has now put a halt on the striker leaving the La Liga side.

Karim Benzema is reportedly a target for Liverpool and Arsenal
The report says Zidane sees Benzema as an indispensable member of his squad and has told the club to reject all transfer offers for the Frenchman.
And this will come as a blow to Liverpool and Arsenal who have both reportedly made offers for the 29-year-old.
Don Balon claim the Premier League duo are among a host of European clubs, including Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan, to be tracking Benzema.
The former Lyon man has made just 24 La Liga appearances for Real this season, scoring nine goals and four assists.
He is under contract at the Bernabeu until June 2019.
