Jose Mourinho doesn't think this star has a future at Man United - pundit
JOSE MOURINHO is not playing Wayne Rooney because he doesn't think he has a future at Manchester United.
Mourinho addresses Rooney's transfer chances
That is according to ex-Norwich manager and pundit Alex Neil.
There is wide speculation Rooney will leave Old Trafford at the end of this campaign after falling out of favour under Mourinho.
The United club captain has also struggled with injury problems this season, keeping him on the sidelines in recent weeks.

Rooney has been an incredible player for a number of years
Rooney hasn't started a Premier League game since the 1-1 draw with Bournemouth at the beginning of March.
And Neil thinks it spells the end of his wonderful career in Manchester.
"Rooney has been an incredible player for a number of years," he said on Sky Sports News.

"Looking at it going forward, it looks as if Jose doesn't think he's got a future there.
"Because if he has he'd be playing."
