Gareth Bale is out because of an ankle problem he picked up in Madrid's 2-1 win in the first leg last week.
Isco has not featured much in the Champions League this season but impressed on the weekend and earns a spot in the starting line-up.
But Bayern Munich are boosted by the return of Robert Lewandowski, who hasn't played since April 8th.

Javi Martinez is unavailable for Munich though after being sent off last week but Mats Hummels takes his place.
