Premier League boss talks summer deal with Chelsea: I don’t have any issues
EDDIE HOWE has kept tight-lipped on whether Bournemouth will pursue a deal for Chelsea’s Nathan Ake in the summer.
Nathan Ake has barely had a look-in at Chelsea since his recall
The defender made 10 appearance on loan with the Cherries before he was recalled by his parent club in January.
Bournemouth even made a shock £18million to seal a permanent deal on deadline day which was rejected.
Since returning to the Blues, Ake has been part of Antonio Conte’s match day squad on four occasions, failing to make a single Premier League start.
When asked whether he harbours any grudges for recalling Ake, Howe added: “We were of course disappointed to lose him because he was an integral part of our team but that's Chelsea's right. He's their player.

They could recall him and I've got no problem with it
“They could recall him and I've got no problem with it.
"It impacted on us at that time and we've missed him, not just on the pitch but off the pitch because he's a great lad and he fitted so well into our team.”
On the matter of whether Bournemouth will resurrect their interest in Ake in the summer, Howe added: “Our only focus at the moment is trying to stay in the league and get as many points as we can.
“We will review our summer recruitment at the appropriate time."
