Antonio Conte wants Chelsea to hire an Italian coach, according to reports.
The Blues boss assembled most of his backroom staff last summer.
Having seen his trusted assistant Steve Holland join England four months ago, the west London outfit haven’t replaced him.
The Times claim Conte is at odds with the Blues over who Holland’s replacement should be.

Chelsea are plotting a move for Cedric Soares
Antonio Conte wants to bring in an Italian assistant
Conte, who holds tactical meetings in his native tongue would prefer the club appoint an Italian coach instead.
Chelsea are reportedly keen to make a swoop for Southampton defender Cedric Soares.
Conte wants to strengthen his defence, and has been linked with moves for Soares’ team-mates Virgil van Dijk and Ryan Bertrand.
And the London Evening Standard claim Soares has been identified as a signing to provide competition for Victor Moses at right-back.
It is said the player would be seen as an essential signing to help the Blues in the Champions League.
Chelsea fans will be able to grab a free before tonight's game against Manchester City
Southampton, however, would be reluctant to sell Soares who just signed a new four-year deal last summer.
Chelsea will reward their fans with free beer before their game against Man City tonight (8pm).
The Blues are looking to recover from their blip against Crystal Palace last weekend.
And any Chelsea fan that gets to the ground between 6.30pm and 7.15pm is in line for a free drink voucher.
A club statement read: “To thank our fans for their loyal support we are offering those at the game on Wednesday night a free bottle of Singha beer or bottle of water to enjoy beforehand.
“Supporters entering the turnstile between 6.30pm and 7.15pm will be issued with a voucher which can then be exchanged for a bottle of Singha or a bottle of water at a kiosk inside the stadium.”
