Gary Neville slates Arsenal and Manchester City after Emirates draw
GARY NEVILLE says Manchester City missed a golden chance to beat Arsenal this afternoon.
Arsenal drew 2-2 with Manchester City today
Arsenal went into today’s clash having lost four of their last five league games but came back twice to secure a 2-2 draw with Manchester City.
The result keeps Arsenal in sixth and City in fourth - although Pep Guardiola’s men missed the chance to leapfrog third-place Liverpool.
And Neville said on Sky Sports that City should have taken the game to the Gunners.
That's why they're both out of the Champions League
"I would have liked to have thought that Arsenal would have gone for the win,” he said.
“It still leaves Arsenal in the same position, where there are big doubts about them getting into the top four.
"And it also tells us what we already knew about City, they should have won, and they're not ready to win the league."

Neville also criticised both sides about their defensive attributes.
"I think the game tells you a lot of about the two teams. That's why they're both out of the Champions League,” he added.
“They've not got the level of intensity, concentration, focus, the defensive capability that you would expect.
"On the ball, unforced errors, concentration not good enough, and that's why both these sides are falling short."
