The Arsenal defender has impressed during his loan spell at Middlesbrough this season.
And the Sunday Mirror claim his fine displays have not gone unnoticed with West Ham and Championship promotion contenders Newcastle entering the race with Everton to sign the 22-year-old.
Toffees manager Ronald Koeman sold Chambers when he was Southampton boss, but he is now interested in working with him at Goodison Park.
However, West Ham and Newcastle have also both informed the Gunners of their interest in the England international.

The report adds all three clubs are willing to pay £10million-plus for Chambers, but will also be interested in taking him on loan if a permanent deal cannot be struck.
Chambers has made 19 Premier League appearances for Middlesbrough this season and is contracted to Arsenal until 2020.
