TOTTENHAM are reportedly considering a shock move for Arsenal defender Calum Chambers this summer.

Chambers was sent out on loan to Middlesbrough last August and has made 20 appearances for the Premier League strugglers so far this season.
But the 22-year-old is facing a battle for game time when he returns to Arsenal and could look to leave in the summer.

Laurent Koscielny and Shkodran Mustafi are currently favoured in the heart of Arsenal's defence, with Gabriel, Per Mertesacker and Rob Holding on stand by.
And according to the Daily Mail, Arsenal's bitter rivals Tottenham have been keeping tabs on Chambers' progress this term.
Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino worked with Chambers during his time as Southampton manager, handing the England international his Premier League debut in August 2013.
