News of Barca’s interest will no doubt annoy Mourinho who thinks Silva could add some quality to his midfield.
As far as Silva is concerned, he wouldn’t come cheap as he could fetch around £70m.
Bayern Munich have also been credited with an interest in the star, who is out of contract with Monaco in 2020.
