Alexis Sanchez scored Arsenal's only goal in the 15th minute at West Brom but his effort proved to be merely a consolation as Hal Robson-Kanu's effort and a double from Craig Dawson condemned the Gunners to defeat.
However, the Chilean was replaced by Alex Iwobi after 78 minutes and it appears as if the attacker was still feeling the effects of an earlier challenge from James McClean.

And Arsene Wenger has confirmed Sanchez's ankle does not look good as well as revealing the extent of Petr Cech's injury.
On the injuries picked up at the Hawthorns, Wenger said: "We lost Petr Cech with a calf problem and after that we lost Sanchez.
