Express Sport understands Griezmann is Manchester United's No1 transfer target for the summer.
The France international is being eyed as a long-term replacement for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, whose contract expires at the end of the season.
Jose Mourinho could splash the cash to make Griezmann the world's highest-paid player.
And the 25-year-old has been told to reject any interest from the likes of Arsenal and move to Old Trafford instead.

Time Sport CEO Esteve Calzada claims the Euro 2016 finalist would boost his brand image by choosing to join United.
“After what happened recently [against Bayern Munich in the Champions League], there is more and more talk about Arsenal not being a winning team anymore,” Calzada told ESPN.
“It has been a long time with no [big] trophies. It is a very popular club, of course, but United is a different animal.

“Even without being successful lately, they keep on growing their commercial revenues, as the brand is so strong. Arsenal definitely one step behind United in terms of size, and in terms of potential that he can realise.”
Griezmann has scored 21 goals from 38 games for Atletico this season.
And he will be aiming to add to his tally when they go up against Bayer Leverkusen tonight (7.45pm).
