Adnan Januzaj is currently on a season-long loan with Sunderland where he has linked up with former Manchester United manager David Moyes.
The Belgium international has made 22 appearances for the Black Cats this term, scoring just one goal in the EFL Cup.
But despite this, the 22-year-old has claimed he has improved massively during his time away from Old Trafford, in particular on the defensive side of his game.

“I would say mentally I have improved, that has been a strength of mine," Januzaj told the Shields Gazette.
“It has been a hard time for me because it has not been an easy position to be in.
"I have become a much stronger player than I have been.
“Defensively I have also had to improve because I have had to defend more.
“That has helped my fitness as well. I feel much fitter now playing this way.”
Januzaj has made 22 appearances for Sunderland this season in all competitions, scoring one goal and providing three assists.
