Huge Man Utd and Chelsea boost, Arsenal receive £26m offer, Liverpool update
EXPRESS SPORT brings you the latest transfer news.
Jermaine Jenas: Lukaku could replace Costa at Chelsea
Romelu Lukaku has rejected a new contract at Everton.
Both Manchester United and Chelsea want to sign the Belgium international.
The 23-year-old was "99.9 per cent" certain to sign new terms which would make him the highest-paid player in Everton's history.
It would have also included a £90million release clause that United and Chelsea would have had to meet.
But Lukaku, who has 19 goals this season, has told the Toffees he will not be signing a new contract, paving the way for a summer departure.

Arsenal reportedly received a £26million bid for Lucas Perez.
The 28-year-old has been unable to establish himself in Arsenal's starting XI since joining in the summer.
And The Times say Perez was the subject of an offer from a club in the Chinese Super League.
It is also claimed the West Ham are interested in signing the player.

Emre Can says his contract stand-off with Liverpool is not about money.
“I have read it was about money but it isn’t about money,” he said.
“We’ve had a few good meetings and everything is fine and I’m happy at Liverpool.
“In the last few months the most important thing has been that I am pain-free and we have spoken more about that than the contract.”
