Wojciech Szczesny has impressed for Roma over two seasons on loan
Wojciech Szczesny could still return to Arsenal this summer although his future in London is unsure
Arsenal may also look at bringing him back to the Emirates with Petr Cech's form being questioned in recent weeks.
However, having been loaned out for two years, his Arsenal future is still in doubt.
Szczesny, 26, joined Arsenal in 2006 from Polish side Legia Warsaw before breaking into the side in the 2010/11 season.
But after three and a half seasons as the club's number one Cech arrived and he was sent out on loan.
The Poland international helped Roma finish third last season and they currently sit second in Serie A, seven points behind Juventus.
A move to Roma's rivals Juve and Napoli would be surprising with Gianluigi Buffon and Pepe Reina in position.
Roman Weidenfeller and Roman Burki are battling for the number one jersey at Dortmund, so Gazzetta suggest them as a more likely destination for Szczesny.
