Liverpool beat Spurs 2-0 at Anfield, thanks to a Sadio Mane double.
They are now unbeaten in eight league games this season against teams in the top six.
But other results mean Liverpool are 10 points off league leaders Chelsea.
And Henderson says the team have got to start winning every game.
"That needs to change - quickly. We need to solve that issue,” he told Sky Sports.
"That's the level set. We need to play like that every week. Tonight was a big win and a big performance."

On the game, he added: "I thought we played well, even without the ball we were still in control.
"We were much better in terms of performance and the result. It's a start in the right direction and we need to keep going like that until the end of season.
"Tonight you could see a lot of good things in our play. We have been frustrated in recent games. Today it was nice to have good performance."
