Chelsea make £27.5m deadline day bid for Italian star: Antonio Conte knows him well
CHELSEA have suffered yet more deadline day frustration after seeing a bid for Antonio Candreva turned down by Inter Milan, according to reports in Italy.

Antonio Conte has struggled to add to his squad this month and has been looking at deadline day deals.
He has tried to sign Craig Gordon, Moussa Dembele, Sead Kolasinac and Jonathan Biabiany to no avail.
And Chelsea have now also seen a £27.5million bid for Candreva knocked back, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

Candreva, 29, can play on the wing and Conte is looking for options to add to his widemen.
Conte worked with him while he was Italy boss and he has 44 caps.
But the Inter star appears to be staying put.
Chelsea have given Nathan Ake the opportunity to join Bournemouth if he wants.
The Cherries made an £18m bid for the young defender and Chelsea are leaving the decision up to him.
