Arsene Wenger has accepted an FA charge of misconduct and has been handed a four-game touchline ban.
The Gunners boss has received the ban for verbally abusing and pushing fourth official Anthony Taylor during the 2-1 win over Burnley last week.
Wenger was dismissed in the game for reacting angrily to a 93rd-minute penalty awarded to Sean Dyche's side.

Wenger: I should have shut up and gone home
The Arsenal boss later apologised for his actions but has been charged today in an FA hearing.
"I've said what I have publicly and the rest will be more discreet," Wenger said prior to the hearing.
"I don't know if I will be punished and how I will be punished.
"The only thing I can say is that when I was sent off I was surprised and then I was in the tunnel which is where I thought I could be.
When asked if he would accept the charge, Wenger added: "Yes. I am big enough to stand up for what I do.
When I don't behave like I think I should behave, I am big enough to say I am not right
"When I don't behave like I think I should behave, I am big enough to say I am not right. I'm a passionate guy and I believe that I am completely committed in my job and want to win football games."
Wenger will miss Saturday's FA Cup tie against Southampton and the Premier League matches against Watford, Chelsea and Hull.
He has also been fined £25,000.
